More Good Afternoon Choirs will be starting this year, 2022 across the West of England. Concert Tours are part of Good Afternoon Choir life and later this year we will be visiting Truro - full details will be sent to all Good Afternoon Choir members in the near future.
In addition to tours, all our choirs from across the South West regularly come together and attend our annual BIG SINGS for a memorable day of music making. Our last BIG SING took place at Clifton Cathedral in 2019 prior to Covid lockdown and you can hear the massed choirs singing Sound of Music below...
Our choirs are led by a group of extremely talented musicians and we would like to introduce the conductors who lead our Choirs across the South West...

Supporting local Charities and Organisations
Each year the Good Afternoon Choirs choose their own local charity or organisation(s) to fundraise for. Due to Covid19 and the choirs being postponed, their 2020 choices were carried over into 2021 and will remain for 2022 (see below). All new Good Afternoon Choirs have also chosen their charity or organisation which they wish to support in 2022. In 2019 our choirs raised over £22,000 for local groups/charities and this year, they have already raised over £10,000 with over 6months still to go...
Make friends - enjoy singing? Have a Good Afternoon!
