Thank you for agreeing to participate in one of our Good Afternoon Christmas Concerts.  We very much look forward to welcoming you!

Please prepare 2 or 3 pieces of your own choice in addition to learning the following 2 songs which have been written especially for us - by talented Good Afternoon Choir Leader John Sandford - for the children and Choir members to sing together.

Forever Young

Forever Young is not a Christmas piece - it is a SONG TO CELEBRATE for the Young and Young at Heart.  It was written for the Golden-Oldies Charity, more often referred to as 'Goldies', which was founded by Grenville Jones (also the Founder of the Good Afternoon Choirs) in 2007.   The schools intergenerational projects were introduced by Grenville ten years ago, winning many accolades including the prestigious National Lottery Awards - Education Category in 2018.
